Your brand profile, ideas, reference links, and images stay in temporary browser memory. We do not upload reference media or connect social accounts. Optional website analysis sends public website content to OpenAI as explained below; the remaining content examples are illustrative. Refreshing or resetting clears the demo.

Survey and preorder details

You may optionally share your three survey answers for research before purchasing. Sharing is off by default and does not require a name or email. We store those answers, a pseudonymous session identifier, the permission version and timestamp for 30 days. They never count as a paid preorder. If you later consent to checkout in the same session, we can link them to your order.

When checkout is enabled and you consent to the terms, we store your name, email, survey answers, consent timestamp, terms version, and Stripe payment and refund references in a dedicated roxy database. We use these records to administer deposits, evaluate demand, send preorder updates, and process refunds. The checkout preview does not save your name or email. Research answers are saved only if you choose to share them.

Optional website analysis

When you continue with a website, roxy reads the public homepage and, when available, one linked About or Services page. That text and the website URL are sent server-side to OpenAI to suggest a brand profile. Please submit only a public business website, without private links or tokens. Suggestions may be inaccurate; you can edit them before continuing.

We save the normalized public website domain/origin, submission and update times, and analysis status for up to 30 days, using a pseudonymous browser-session identifier. We do not save fetched page text, generated profiles, or content drafts. If you complete the survey and consent to checkout, the submitted website may be linked to your preorder and its contact email. This never subscribes you to marketing. Website submissions expire after 30 days and are deleted by a daily cleanup; financial/order records are unaffected. Browser session storage keeps the anonymous identifier and a private website-association token until the session ends. We also keep rotating, pseudonymous abuse counters for up to 48 hours, without raw IP addresses. OpenAI requests use store=false; its standard API abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Hosting providers may retain security logs.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and stores payment card details. roxy stores payment status, amounts, and identifiers, never card numbers. See Stripe’s privacy policy. Your secure receipt/refund link acts as proof of access; keep it private.

Basic analytics

When roxy’s database is configured, we record homepage visits, survey starts, completions and exits, checkout starts, and confirmed payments. A random identifier in session storage deduplicates anonymous events for that browser session and day. Event counts are approximate, may include bots, and do not verify a customer’s identity. Checkout starts and paid orders come from server records. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or store IP addresses in application analytics. Hosting and payment providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies.

Storage, retention, and your choices

Transactional emails provide payment and refund confirmation, campaign updates, and private link recovery. Our separate roxy sender processes your checkout email and the message; open and click tracking stay off. A request to recover a link never reveals an order publicly or authorizes a refund by email alone. We do not collect marketing consent or subscribe you to marketing.

Only roxy’s authorized operators and its hosting, database, email, and payment providers may access records as needed to provide these services. roxy does not sell your information or share it with Manage Your Life’s application. Unpaid checkout contact and survey records will be removed after 90 days. Nonfinancial survey data and anonymous analytics will be deleted within 12 months after the validation decision. Financial and consent records must be retained only for the applicable legal/accounting period, which must be confirmed before launch.
