Is the deposit a subscription?+
It’s a one-time refundable deposit. If you choose to activate, it’s credited toward your first subscription payment. We’ll disclose the future price and usage limits before you agree to recurring billing.
What happens after October 31?+
October 31, 2026 is our validation checkpoint. We’ll share the decision and next steps with early customers. If we don’t proceed, you’ll receive a full refund. It isn’t a promised delivery date.
Can I request my money back?+
Yes. Request a full refund at any time before launch using the secure link on your payment confirmation page. If you decide not to activate a subscription, you can receive your deposit back too. No cancellation fee.
