Your $49 deposit
The deposit is a one-time payment of $49 USD to reserve early access. It is fully refundable before launch. If roxy launches and you choose to activate a subscription, the full deposit is credited toward your first subscription payment. This payment does not start a subscription. No recurring charges will occur before launch or without your separate explicit consent.
Final subscription pricing, included features, and usage terms will be established before launch based on capabilities and operating costs. We will clearly disclose them before you commit to recurring charges. You may decline activation and receive your full deposit back. The deposit does not guarantee a permanent monthly price.
Validation, not a promised delivery date
The early-customer campaign runs through October 31, 2026 (America/Chicago). Our target is 25 paid preorders. October 31 is the validation decision deadline, not a guaranteed product launch date. Meeting the target does not guarantee that development will proceed. No product delivery date is promised.
Proposed for approval: we will email every preorder customer with our decision and next steps by November 3, 2026. If development proceeds, that update will explain the next stage; it will not activate billing.
If we do not proceed
Proposed for approval: we will automatically initiate full refunds of all deposits by November 6, 2026 if we decide not to proceed. If no decision to proceed is recorded by the October 31 cutoff, the refund process defaults to refunding all deposits. We will also refund all deposits if we later cancel development before launch.
Refunds return the full deposit to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies; refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing. We will tell you if a refund needs further action.
Request a full refund before launch
You may request a full refund at any time before product launch, including after the validation campaign ends. Use the secure refund link on your payment confirmation page. Keep that link private and save it for later. If you lose it or need help, email info@tryroxy.io.
Proposed for approval: we will initiate requested refunds within 5 business days. No cancellation fee is deducted. Submitting a request records it immediately, even if Stripe is temporarily unavailable; automatic retries handle outstanding requests.
Your records and privacy
We collect your name, email, three survey answers, consent timestamp, and payment/refund references to administer the preorder and evaluate demand. Stripe handles card details. See our privacy notice. We will use your email for preorder, decision, and refund updates; unrelated marketing requires separate consent.
The prototype
Website analysis uses AI to suggest an editable brand profile and content ideas from public pages. Manual demo previews use illustrative local templates. Publishing and scheduling are simulated; no social accounts are connected. No business outcome, reach, or growth is guaranteed.
